My little boy has a gluten allergy and so I made it my mission to develop and create meals & baked goods that are 100% gluten free and plant based.
During this course we'll explore the different flours and ingredients that can replace the traditional gluten-heavy wheat flour and learn how to work with a new set of ingredients while creating a non-compromising delicious meal and dessert for everyone to enjoy.
In the course we will make gluten-free and delicious bread, variety of baked goods and super heart warming meals.
