In this course we’ll be looking at some of my easiest and quickest plant-based recipes, which will slot straight into your busy lifestyle! I’ll be sharing some of my top tips for vegan cooking, talk about the ingredients you should have in your pantry and general weekend meal prep.
We'll be looking at dishes such as meatless balls, spaghetti bolognese, tofu nuggets (it's delicious trust me!), tofu & veg satay, chili con "carne", Middle-Eastern Hummus, Mexican beans, dahl, channa masala, chocolate mousse, banana & chocolate cake and many more!
At the end of the lesson, we'll sit together and enjoy the food. Anything that is left over will be split between everyone to take home. You'll also receive a small booklet of all the recipes we did on the day.
